Seriously, they are part of the ZFF too, and it’s the first POC for any foreiner or visitor. They have this „just go out from jail“ manners or KGB way to harras.

This should not matter what religion or cultural are in the world they come from, they are working in ZFF therefore they should be trained to treat Europeans. By now many of them have this brutal disrespecful way to treat people.
